This Week @ St. Be!

At St. Be, we value community and are earnest in expressing this through spiritual ministry, communal activities, justice work, and entertainment.

Explore environment and physical wellness through gardening with us! We offer community gardening every Thursday morning from 8AM-11AM, led by certified master gardeners from our partner organization, UC Master Gardener Program.

St. Barnabas (along with St. Stephen’s in Hollywood) has been a powerful resource for free produce distribution to since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020. We have been fortunate to provide fresh fruit and vegetables, and hope to our neighbors in need with the persistent help and spirit of volunteers. We’re deeply grateful! If you’re interested in serving with us, we’re always welcoming new volunteers. Join us from 8:30AM-11AM to help package the boxes of produce, and then we’ll distribute them from 11AM-12PM.

Share a warm meal and enjoy a free food-based workshop with us every fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30PM! It’s an opportunity to build community and learn something that pertains to our interfaith food transformation project with Nefesh, Seeds of Hope, UCLA, St. Stephen’s and St. Barnabas. If you would like to bring food or a beverage to share, please register here.

Every 2nd and 4th Friday and Saturday of each month, artist perform live music at the Harmony Room at St. Be! If you’re interested in performing or looking to attend a show, click here.
