Communities at Saint Be.
St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Eagle Rock and St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Hollywood facilitate several food justice-based services: Free Produce Distribution, Food Dehydration Program and California Climate Action Corps (CCAC).
All Wanderers is like the grass-fed, organic, cage-free version of church.
Once every month, Church of All Wanderers offers an alternative “sabbath” - an opportunity to do church and spirituality differently. These monthly sabbath wanderings take place in beautiful locales around Los Angeles. They encourage an interaction with God in the world and in one another.
Our friends at Seeds of Hope helped us build our community garden, have taught cooking classes at our campus, and continue to partner with us in free produce distribution and other food justice efforts at St. Be!
An open-hearted spiritual community cultivating empathy, love and justice with offices on the St. Be campus, Nefesh is and independent Jewish community founded by Rabbi Susan Goldberg. Nefesh means “soul” in Hebrew and is based out of the wisdom, rituals, and melodies of the Jewish tradition.
St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Eagle Rock, will house the St. Marks, Altadena Sunday Service! Join us on Sundays for service led by the Rev. Carrie Patterson Grindon at 10:30AM.
We dream of Saint Barnabas being a noted gathering place and creative hub for the Eagle Rock live music community. Come enjoy a wide variety of talented musicians.
