Saturday, April 23 @ 7PM - The Jordan Ferrin Storyband Performs LIVE at The Harmony Room @ St. Be's

Jordan Ferrin is an American woodwind player, composer, and teacher from Los Angeles, California. He regards himself as a world citizen on account of his years as a cruise ship musician from 2013 to 2017- a career that afforded him a world class experience. After four years at sea entertaining scores of cruisers, Ferrin moved to the United Kingdom in 2018 to pursue a Master of Music at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. It was during his time in London that the Jordan Ferrin Storyband debuted.

The Storyband performed at reputable venues across the city, such as Oliver’s Jazz Bar and Kansas Smitty’s. “The Storyband is dedicated to music written about particular places in the world, the experiences in those places, and how the stories of those experiences are inherent to each piece of music.”-Jordan Ferrin Bio

Presently, Jordan Ferrin performs shows and teaches masterclasses across the Los Angeles area. He also does research work in musical cognition; principally musical understanding in music education and society at large.
