The Master Gardener Program hosted a gardening program for Our Preschool!

This past weekend, our partner organization, the Master Gardener Program, hosted a gardening workshop for the Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool, Eagle Rock community! This workshop is an opportunity to connect the preschool, children and parents to the garden on site.

The children and parents enjoyed the interactive experience! Everyone activated their senses and motor skills through gentle gardening tasks, and had fun exploring and identifying plants throughout the garden.

MGP program member Martha served as the instructor, and guided everyone through informative and entertaining gardening activities. We asked Martha what her thoughts were on the impact of gardening and community with the preschool. Check out her response in this video!
